We want you to love your MERIT routine, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address at no additional cost to you.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original mailer or any box of your choice, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
